i cannot get them from my employer how can i optain them again.

Your employer should be able to get them again for you. It might cost you but they can do it.

DON'T PANIC:
Your employer would not be giving you a tax return, instead it is: you lost your wage information (w2) that your employer gave you.
No problem, call 1-800-829-1040, be patient and prepared to be on hold for a while. IRS will provide you with the wage information for free.
If you prefer you can download Form 4506 and mail in to IRS, to request you W2 information.

You can get a copy from the IRS if you can't get them from your employer.
