i dont know the name but michael palin mentions it in himalaya if thats any help but if you mean the highest in seniority not in altitude then it would be the potala palace and the winter palace (dont know the actual name residency of the dalai lama, the potala being one of the biggest buildings in the world before scyscrapers and made of more stone than the great pyramid
