depends what type of diet you are on, your body type, what you weigh, etc, i personally gain/lose 5-10 pounds a day, but i also work vigorously, and eat constantly, doesnt sound too unhealthy, aslong as your not 90lbs or something

sorry but yes that is fairly unhealthy. Water weight is easily gained and lost but 25 lb is quite a loss over such a short period. If you keep at that pace see a doctor and find out what is happening.

No it is not bad as the average loss should be about 2 yo 4 lbs per week so that is about 24 for two months, your are pretty close. be sure to drink water as that is an important source and there are no calories in it.

Depends on how you feel. Sometimes a rapid weight lose is only temporary. A slow lose over time be more permanent. The main thing to consider (In my opinion) is to lose weight, but, have energy. So, having an active life helps more than anything. Also, a knowledge of our body works. How to LDL and HDL's proteins work???
My self, I can eat what I want. I like Bacon. I love Ribeye Steaks with fat! But, I am active and eat moderately. I not eat a Pound of bacon, only 2 slices. I not eat a pound steak, but, 4 ounces!
