Okay I dont get it why do guys say they don't like you and just want to be friends first and now he keeps staring at me and asking me questions like, "what scene are we in in the play?" because we were doing a play in history today. What does it mean when they reject you but now they stare at you alot?

he's really shy like i am and good looking and goes up to me sometimes and stares at me because we sit right next to eachother in history, I have admitted I liked him and that's why he said he wanted to be friends first and now he keeps staring. What to do?

If I were you, I would flat out ask him why he keeps staring at you. Tell him He is making it look like he really does like you after all. Change his mind?
Or you can Tell him pictures last longer than staring. LoL.
