my mom said i can't dye my hair because it has bad chemicals and she doesn't believe me theres natural hair dyes.. could somone please tell me the names of some good ones.. thanks

There are some good natural dyes in the health food store. Also, there is henna which is usually red but also comes in a dark brown shade. Both of these condition your hair.
Your mother is right! Dyes are being found to cause problems in women who use them for a long period of time--increases chances of certain illnesses. So, she is on the right track.
