First of all the word diet simply means the foods we eat, so it is not so hard to diet it is so hard to eat wisely and healthy.
The biggest reason that we have a hard time stoping at 10 french fries or 20 potato chips or 5 cookies is because the manufactures know that the more we consume the richer they will get, so they chemically alter the food so that the food itself will block the pheromones that tell the brain you have had enough and so you do not get that signal and you keep on eating. It is a total lifestyle change that you need to look at and not just a another yo-yo diet. What ever program you choose, weight watchers nutria systems, fat loss for idiots, Herbalife, does not matter if you can not stick with it and incorporate it into a lifestyle. I personally use Herbalife, and have had great success with it as I have lost a total of 65 lbs and have kept it off now for over two years. But it was easy to incorporate in to my daily lifestyle. here is that website
http://www.loseweightnow.com/healhtysolutions I wish you the best and hope that what ever you choose to do will be a lifestyle change.

1. See a health care provider correct away. It sounds extra like a thyroid concern than a dietary deficiency. 2. Make sure you're taking a B-12 supplement. Rice milk isn't as most of the time fortified with B-12 as soy milk is, and all vegan diets have got to contain both a B-12 complement or B-12 fortified foods.

Because when you eat... you actually choose what in your heart is the tastiest to you. And when you eat your tastebuds get pleasure.... While when you diet.. you're kind of forcing yourself to eat things you don't actually want to eat and you get no pleasure from the food you're eating and people then tend to give up because supposedly it's too hard because the food tastes really bad and most people would preferably eat tasty foods instead of diety foods.

the majority of the US population has very poor eating habits which is exactly why 60% of the adult population is overweight.
the lifestyle of the child typically mimics that of the parents. so if the parents have poor eating habits most likely the children will have poor eating habits and the cycle continues.
people put to much emphasis on how food tastes vs the effect that consumed foods have on the body and health.

Because dieting does not work, it only works to eat in moderation. By eating lots of fruits, and veggies and fish. Drinking plenty of water. That is a fact.

You enjoy eating because your body has not yet adapted to modern life where there is an excess of food. It is designed to live where food is scarce and store enough energy to last until the next time food is plentiful.

Number one - Change. Number two - Taste Buds. Fat, salt, and sugar all "taste good" and are satisfying. Plus, if you mean it in a sense of eating less, if it not always easy because your brain might send signals to your stomach saying "eat more" even if you technically don't need to. Takes a while for your stomach to shrink (your stomach itself, not your waistline, though that takes even longer!).

Because dieting is not a cheerful thing to attempt but with eating you don't have to attempt it - you just love doing it.

Theres lots of logical reasons but i heard that when you eat, stuff like ice cream or chocolate stuff that tastes good but makes you fat you brain releases some stuff that makes you feel good.
and its hard to diet healthy food like veggies and what not, its not very tasty when we show our taste buds to dislike lots of these healthy foods including water. believe it or not theres lots of people who quench their thirst with soda and high sugar drinks.

Because your body needs food to stay ALIVE. When you diet you aren't creating an environment for it to do its job (keeping you alive).
