The truth is not easy to pin point, but reality does intrude sometimes, and ruin ones fantasies. If that does happen, it can be quite painful. That is why one should try to learn from the best and most reliable sources, from a variety of points of view, and get the best fix on what is true you can. Meditate/pray, do mind-body exercises, eat healthy, and don't over indulge, and God will make you stronger and more sensitive spiritually, and help you find the truth.
