I have noticed alot of people really wish they could improve their kitchens. If you could fix/replace/rebuild ONE thing in your kitchen, what would it be?

(Mine would be my oven--it takes 45 minutes to heat to 400 degrees, since it is a gas oven. I need electric!)

I hate our new fangled cook top with the fancy smancy "easy clean top." It is a piece of junk that takes a week to heat up. Give me my gas burners back any day!

BTW to GhostMom: the days of men designing kitchens are long gone!! Most of the designers I work with are women.

Porta potties, brussels sprouts, over-achieved steaks, dental paintings, advise canines, black jelly-beans, those with a feeling of entitlement, drama queens/kings, dashing tickets, the flu, long lay-overs in airports, hay fever, the scent of junipers, stale bread, cigarette smoke, itchy clothing, inebriated drivers, docs with chilly arms, increasing gasoline expenses, lost reservations, and chronically previous due people who mistakenly have faith they're well worth waiting for.

Go to stainless steel appliances but otherwise-besides this one thing-I love it.
One thing; men design kitchens(most of the time)
no one EVER thinks to make a place that is adequate for trash!
