I've taken Islamic countries to mean countries in which at least 50% of the population is likely to be at least nominally Muslim according to recent statistics. To the nearest 1,000 pigs in 2003:

Afghanistan - less than 500 or no figures given
Albania - 109,000
Algeria - 6,000
Azerbaijan - 16,000
Bahrain - less than 500 or no figures given
Bangladesh - less than 500 or no figures given
Brunei - 7,000
Burkina Faso - 640,000
Chad - 24,000
Comoros - less than 500 or no figures given
Djibouti - less than 500 or no figures given
Egypt - 30,000
Eritrea - less than 500 or no figures given
Ethiopia - 26,000
Gambia - 18,000
Guinea - 65,000
Indonesia - 6,345,000
Iran - less than 500 or no figures given
Iraq - less than 500 or no figures given
Jordan - less than 500 or no figures given
Kuwait - less than 500 or no figures given
Kyrgyzstan - 87,000
Lebanon - 20,000
Libya - less than 500 or no figures given
Malaysia - 1,700,000
Maldives - less than 500 or no figures given
Mali - 85,000
Mauritania - less than 500 or no figures given
Morocco - 8,000
Niger - 39,000
Nigeria - 5,500,000
Oman - less than 500 or no figures given
Pakistan - less than 500 or no figures given
Qatar - less than 500 or no figures given
Saudi Arabia - less than 500 or no figures given
Senegal - 303,000
Sierra Leone - 56,000
Somalia - 4,000
Sudan - less than 500 or no figures given
Syria - less than 500 or no figures given
Tajikistan - 700
Tunisia - 6,000
Turkey - 3,000
Turkmenistan - 45,000
United Arab Emirates - less than 500 or no figures given
Uzbekistan - 90,000
Western Sahara - less than 500 or no figures given
Yemen - less than 500 or no figures given

That comes to around 15,232,700 compared with 59,513,000 in the USA but the USA tends to have more of most things. Israel (excluding the Occupied Territories) had 106,000 at the same time. It seems like North Africa, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Arabia are mostly devoid of pigs with the exception of Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. They are more often seen in sub-Saharan African and central and South-East Asian Muslim majority countries and Lebanon and Turkey, though. They would be kept for meat by non-Muslim minorities.
