Those foods are healthy if you pick whole grain pasta or wild rice. White foods carry alot of starches which isn't the healthiest for you. Potatoes is the least healthiest for you but if you have them do be careful of what you put on it for being healthy. I would suggest the wild rice or whole grain pasta and treat yourself with potatoes. Don't make potatoes a frequent side dish.

Ask if you could get either brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or sweet potato. All of these are healthier counterparts.

Otherwise, get a baked potato with a little salt and pepper.

only all natural foods are truly healthy for the body. so whole grain rices and potatoes are far superior to any form of pasta as pasta is man made and not naturally occurring.

whole foods are always superior than man made foods

They'd all be pretty healthy provided they're cooked the right way and not served with something worse, but if you're wanting to avoid refined carbs then I'd eat brown rice.

Depends on your goals. Are you working out? Is your workout cardio based or weight-lifting based? Are you trying to gain muscle and lose fat, just lose fat, just gain muscle, lose weight, or just gain weight? All are "healthy". If you're working out, I would choose either the rice or pasta cuz they have more carbs.
