put them in the freezer in a tupperware box. but cook them before you eat them

Spread them out on a cookie sheet put them in the freezer and freeze, then put in plastic zip loc freezer bag and put in freezer. when ready for fried potatos take out what you want put the rest back in freezer.

just put them in an air tight plastic bag and stick them in the freezer I suppose. they won't taste as great as fresh potatoes but they'll probably be ok. I would fry them again so avoid melted water on the food.

you don't. They'll turn to mush when you thaw them. I've tried. You can just throw them in the freezer and take your chances. If it's part of a stew, just make sure that their not over cooked or too well done.
