i took 1 hit of weed, i have a hair test 21 days from the hit, will i test positive for the mj?

i am on probation for 6 months, i dont even know if they will hair test me, but in case they do i wish to know if i will test positive or not, i havent been around people smoking before or after that one time, and it was only one hit

If it was, truly, only one hit, then rest easy. There is a cutoff point for positive drug tests, so that if you have a minuscule amount in your system, it will be recorded as a negative test.

I shouldn't say this...but I feel sorry for you guys. You're all so young. Back when I was growing up, a lid (one full ounce of weed) cost 10 bucks. Everyone smoked it. It was almost a religion. ??? Hey! There it is! Go to Arizona, convert to the religion of the Hopi Indians and smoke all the dope you want. Chew peyote. I mean, if some turban dude can get on a airplane with his "sacred burbur knife" because his religion demands that he carry it always, you should be able to smoke vegetables whenever you want.

It stays in your system for as long as 30 days... But, since it was only 1 hit, it most likely wont show up 21 days later. If you smoked anything more than that, I would have to say you r screwed...

It is in your system for 30 days. In your hair they would have to test the roots. but think just how long you have your hair.
