can you buy vitamon b12 in pill form ?

Alot of people get the shot of it, can't I just take it in a pill? I was looking on gnc.com and didn't find it.

look for Brain B-12

use methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin

while both are good b-12 - methyl is better for the grey matter!
used by graduate students and this 9-1-1 54 yr operator

and by the way - my B-12 is a sublingual tablet (under the tongue)
