I was upgraded from a target card to a target visa. My bro and sis in law got their upgrade letter at the same time i received mine and they got their card today? we live in the same city? do you think it should come tomorrow?

I'm not concerned to get it to jack the balance up i'm just making sure it wasn't stolen or lost in the mail and stolen.

If you are past the 30 day opt out period and in the 10-14 day period, you should be getting the card fairly soon.
If you call Target, they will be able to tell you when or if the card was mailed, but not how fast your post office is in delivering it.

Call customer service and check the status of your application. If you were approved, the cashier most certainly can find card information through the system. Go and shop. You will receive the card in a few days.
