A whole box of paracetamol (Tylenol) is more than enough to kill you via liver failure. Symptoms would start about 24 hours after the overdose and it's a very miserable way to die.
There is a treatment for paracetamol overdose which is life-saving if administered prior to the onset of liver failure. In the US it's called N-acetylcysteine and it smells TERRIBLE.

ringing in your ears , gastric irritation , poisoning from overdosing with meds , emergency personnel will pump out your stomach contents among other nice things.

please don't try it u will probably overdose yourself and die if you don't there's a mystery to why.
