This assumes that there were multiple officers submitting reports and not a single officer submitting multiple reports. The context would support either version.

It is a little difficult to do, because at first, we do not know if there was more than one officer or not. If so, it would be fine. If is was a single officer it would be officer's reports.

Besides all this, I think this is homework that I do not feel like doing.
EDIT: This is why I don't like doing homework for people. The one below me is wrong. It should be PAUL REVERE'S suggestion. His last name is Revere, so since it was his suggestion, you add an apostrophe s to the name.

the recent era of yankee childrens isn't being taught grammar as a route. the faculty equipment expects the little ones to %. it up themselves merely by technique of analyzing textbooks and listening in college. are you able to tell it turned right into a foul concept to take grammar classes out of the lecture room?
