No. I don't find it offensive. Yes. It's using the Lord's name in vain. - which means devoid of meaning. They are not calling on God for help.
However, there are far more important things to get upset about. Global poverty and hunger. Hidden slavery in our own country. This stupid war.

It IS using the Lord's name in vain and I don't like hearing it. However, if a person doesn't believe in God then he or she most like won't feel that they're doing anything wrong. As believers that's something we need to keep in perspective. Yes, WE know it's wrong, but there's a chance that THEY might not. And it's not our place to judge them for doing so. Our job is to love them like Christ would.

Yes, it makes me crazy. It is using God's name as an exclamation and it's blasphemous.
Know what I really hate? I hate the fact that there are now kids' shows and movies where people say that. I hate the fact that my 3 year old was exposed to it in a cartoon and now can't watch that one anymore. : (
I find it interesting that, out of all the deities in the world, Jesus and God are the only ones whose names are used this way. That is very telling, no?

Yes, I find it offensive but it will never change. God will always be insulted...truth is just too harsh for some.

It is not his name it is a title, lord, Sarah called Abraham her husband my lord. it's more offensive to me when people tell me I'm not going to receive life because I'm not a part of their religion.
