These symptoms are ones that are risky to ignore. This collection of symptoms can be caused by several different things. All of these symptoms together could be warning signs of clogged arteries that are just barely providing enough oxygen to the heart.

The numbness by itself could be caused by dangerously high blood pressure; herniated discs in the spine, or damage to a small area of the brain due to a lesion or tumor.

Its a real good idea to visit a doc about this - even if its only a pinched nerve, if the nerve gets pinched long enough, they can waste away and cause paralysis.

I think it is because the weather is getting colder so your body is increasing more blood flow to the more important organs. It is still important to see a doctor, you can't receive a diagnosis from here. In the meantime, exercise! Exercise can do wonders for your body it will help with blood circulation and with all body functions. The heartburn could be a result of bad eating habits, certain foods, or stress. So exercise, watch out for spicy and acidic foods, drink plenty of liquids, and see a doctor.
