My mom is, well, a person who drinks to much. I don't know how to handle it anymore. I go to my room but I'm sick of living there. And my step brothers and step dad don't help.

You can go to your school counselor and also go to Alateen's website. It is a website for family members of people who are alcoholics. (AA but for family members.)
Even if you don't want to categorize your mother as an alcoholic, it's still interfering with your environment. Your dad and step brothers probably don't want to do anything because they aren't sure how.

She needs to see a doctor to fix her bad habits...She really need her family to be with her and guide her. Tell your dad and brother to help you and probably your mom has personal problems...

May be she does not know how she is acting when drinking.
Do you think that taking a picture of her drunk would help?
You will have to figure that one out your self--it could make matters worse.

lol ah just talk to someone about it, or steal the booze off her, god alcoholics are such losers....jus get drunk once a week lol, thats a gd thing!
