This is going to sound insane,, but a plastic hanger in just the right place on your head can help... at least it does for me.

Squeeze the area between your thumb and pointer finger very hard for about 1 minute- make sure you get a good grip. Let go briefly and repeat. Also, you can put 2 tennis balls in a sock then lay your head down onto them so they are right above the base of your skull. The pressure they create should help relieve your headache. Hope this helps!

Massage the small area in back of your head right above the spinal cord.
Massage the tops of your eyebrows
Massage the area between your thumb and the finger next to it.
A hot tub soak all the way up to your ears helps.

get a little caffeine in your system. and do as the previous post, massage your temples. or do like i do, sleep it off. drink some green tea.
