Im looking for a program that will really shed off the weight, I found what seems to be a popular program at http://www.fatlosshelpplan.blogspot.com but I wanted to know if anyone else knows of anything that works. Oh the program in the link is called fatloss4idiots and I have heard good things about it, so I might try it out.

I think that there are as many different weight loss programs out there as there are people.
I looked at two things when I chosed Herbalife one the length of time they have been doing business and two their success rate.
Herbalife has been in business for 27 years they are in 67 countries in the world and have over 45 million satisfied customers, me being one of them.
I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks and over a foot of body fat I have gone on to lose 65 lbs and have kept it off for over two years
I have more energy and feel more alive now at 51 then when I was 35. Here is there website http://www.loseweightnow.com/healthysolutions
What ever program you go with remember that your choices have to be a lifestyle change and that if you just use the program to lose weight and the stop it you will more then likely go back up in weight and gain perhaps more
Good luck

The best weight loss program is discipline. 7 years ago I was 245 pounds, I am now a healthy 175 and have run 2 marathons. The secret is to make a total lifestyle change, I cut out fast food, all sugary snacks, and boredom food(food you eat just for the sake of it). I also started running 4 laps around the track at night after work, which equates to 1 mile per night. It was actually a fun and rewarding process to watch my body change. Today I eat mainly low carb foods(low fat cheese, grilled fish, grilled chicken, eggs, peanuts), and I try to keep an active lifestyle by running and weight lifting. Good luck!

Fat loss for idiots may help you lose weight initially, but like all other "diets" you will gain the weight back after you go off of it.

I think the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to make healthy eating a permanent lifestyle change. The best weight loss program is one that you will actually stick with.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

The best weight loss program is to get off that freakin chair and keep your body in motion while watching your calorie intake..... Stop eating fast food, pizza and FATTY stuff...

I used to be 220 lbs... Now I see-saw 170-165... So keep your body in motion like, Use a bike when gettin little stuff at the store or droppin off mail, WALK when you're gonna get something down the street.

Stop paying other people for their two cents... It's up to you to actually motivate yourself. PUT YOUR BODY IN MOTION.

Weight Watchers works, as long as, you are willing to work with the program and to stick with it. It allows you to eat regular foods in moderation by using an assigned points system.
