What are some foods that definately don't make you fat? I know vegetables and all that but I starve myself during breakfast and lunch and finally eat a little when I get home from school, but I am afraid that my body will store that as fat. So what foods can my body definately not store as fat?

If you starve yourself all day, your body will store EVERYTHING as fat, because it believes that you have no access to food and will do everything it can to keep you alive as long as possible. EVERY food will be converted to fat for use at a later date...you're really not helping yourself by starving yourself.

Your best bet is to eat several small meals throughout the day.

Also, we humans are omnivores...that means that our bodies work best when we have access to a little bit of everything. Your muscles will atrophy if you don't have protein. The walls of your cells (every one of them) are built with fat, so if you're not getting new fat fairly regularly, you're going to be losing cells...this includes brain cells, liver cells and boob cells...all of which I'm guessing you want to keep.

It won't do you any good to be thin if you're dead...Please try working on being healthy instead of working on being skinny.

the basic premise of fat storage is that you are eating more energy than you are expending. an easy remedy to this is to start expending more energy via daily exercise. if you aren't eating enough calories in a day your body will go into starvation mode and store EVERYTHING as fat. you just have to play around with different caloric amounts to see what works for you because every one is different. make sure you are watching your portion sizes (1 serving carbs is the size of your fist and a serving of meat is the size and thickness of your palm) also, limit yourself to healthy fats, lean proteins, lots of veggies, whole grain carbs and fruit. never go below 1200 calories a day. the typical caloric range for the average woman trying to lose weight is 1400-1800 per day. for weight maintenance it is about 2000 calories per day.

well first of all you shouldnt starve yourself. Starving yourself slows down your metabolism alot, so if you start to eat more you'll gain weight. There are plenty of things that dont get you fat. fruits and whole grains. Whole grain breads and pasta's. Tofu (ew lol) chicken breast. Start to eat all meals, and you'll notice a difference in your mood, and skin.
