They haven't accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior. According to Christians, infants who die will burn in hell for all eternity because of that.

N, I tend to agree that very young children, especially babies cannot sin because they are truly innocent. That is why in the bible Jesus warns that God will harshly judge anyone who harms a child. The bibles and Jesus say that to a person who would harm "one of these" (meaning innocent children) it would be better for that person to have millstone chained unto his/her neck and be cast into the sea. So Christendom does recognize the innocence of children. The idea that we are born into sin I believe stems from the belief that we don't remain children. We become self aware and even as kids we learn to covet, manipulate, even harm others if we can...all to get what "we" want. This is sin. And when it begins for any child can be debated on and on...ad infinitum. There is no prescribed age at which a baby or child learns the difference between right and wrong. So it's impossible to say, but that is the best way I can explain the concept of being born into sin. To be flesh and blood is to sin because the flesh is weak. It separates us from God. As for needing to be forgiven, and why God sets conditions...why can't we all just be forgiven if he made us to be sinful by nature. I have no answer. That is philosophical question. That God gives us a choice, knowledge of right and wrong, and free will to choose (up to a point) is the only explanation I can offer for why we are born imperfect and compelled, even the best among us, eventually to sin.

none. They are not old enough to be accountable for any sins they DO actually commit. However, a newborn isn't going to be committing any sins.
Not all Christians agree on this. This is one of those doctrines that makes me feel fine if someone says I'm not a Christian if I don't believe in original sin. I think original sin is ludicrous.
According to my religion (LDS): "We believe that men will be punished for their own sins and not for Adam's transgression."

If I say that babies do not commit any sin, then you could point to the numerous times when God wiped out the little tykes. No fair.
If I say that babies carry Original Sin, then you could conclude that all kids that die under the age of reason go to Hell. Again, no fair.
The Catholic Church sought middle ground with Limbo. But they retracted it (sigh).
Or we could try Predestination and God's prerogative in saving who He wants. That's probably closest to being fair if God is supposed to love everybody. But then there's the free-will issue to contend with.
Or Universalism. Everybody's saved. But that's getting quite a ways out from Scripture.
I suppose I didn't answer your question. But I did identify the issues you're going to have to look at in your own answer.

After Original Sin, all humanity gets to pay for that silly woman listening to the talking serpent, who told them the truth by the way.

We are born with a sin nature, which leads to sinful activity.
Psa 51:5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.
Psa 58:3 The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from the belly, speaking lies.

they are born sinners.
humans do not "become" sinners. They sin because they are sinners, they are not sinners because they sin. It is their nature to sin, just as it is a dog's nature to bark. Dogs so not become dogs because they bark.
