personally, I work in in-patient secure psychiatric care... and I think it's *definitely* one of the most stressful things I could do! ((though --at times-- one of the most rewarding.))

Hey - watch it! I work in finance as an executive assistant and love it. It is hectic and weird but I dig that. I'd HATE to work in HR or IT.

Office Politics are always nasty whatever the department.
People being territorial, clinging to their own ideas of power.
find somewhere to be happy. if you can earn good money at the same time - then bliss

I agree! IT people, poor poor IT people. They have to deal with dummies all day. They're expected to solve the world's problems right now...and right now isn't fast enough!
