You also might want to consider a tetanus shot if you haven't had one lately. I think they're good for ten years now.

If you have human bite wounds to the hand you should see a doctor. Without antibiotics, something close to 100% of these get infected. Infections to the hand have the potential to be serious - especially if one of the bite wounds punctured a tendon - in these cases, the infection tracks up the tendon and can not only spread rapidly but can also cause scarring of the tendon and subsequent limited movement of the hand.

Human bite wounds to the hand are not a do-it-yourself project.

Make sure to clean the wounds very good, human mouths have a ton of bacteria in them and will infect your hand if it is not cleaned properly. Use Hydrogen Peroxide on it to clean it and then use an antibiotic ointment with pain killer such as Neosporin with pain relief ointment.
