i don't believe in god, but i would like to answer your question anyway, since i have read the bible...
i think the same part of the bible that says "no man shall lay with another man" also says "no man shall lay in a bed where a woman has had her period"
so if people follow the "gay" part, why not the "menstruation" part?
i think it is just an excuse.

If you personally think it is stupid and that God doesn't hate anyone, why did you use the word "Fags"? Why can't you write Gay or Homosexual? You contradict yourself on your own question. Is it necessary for you to insult the very group you want to defend?

There sure are a lot of "thumbs down" for any answers not sympathetic to the westboro baptist church. Maybe some of the best answers have the most "thumbs Down" on R&S.

But God does hate/abhors homosexuality.

its disgusting, I think it degrades christians more than it does us LBGT people frankly, I know not all religious people are like that but the ones that are religious or not, sure are ridiculous.

Where does it say that in the bible?
He does not hate anyone, he Hates the sin.
In fact, He loves us so much that he sent His Son to die for us, for our sins, so we would not have to go to hell. The only thing is, it is our choice if we take him up on his offer and choose Him and not the sin.

But don't base ANY of your decisions on what you THINK the bible says. Just live life to the fullest, be who you are, be grateful for what you have, and give to people who are less fortunate that's what god wants!

God does not hate anyone. Jesus died for the homosexual people too, we are all sinners. and we the people are the ones who classify which in is greater. Sin is sin, lying is as bad as murder, and so forth. Jesus loves them and he does not hate them just hates the behavior. God bless
