Um I usually try and go to a salon and they do it for $5 and it takes a good while for it to come back in and it comes out thinner. They wax it. But since waxing at home can come out wrong this is what I do when I don't feel like visiting a salon. I go to CVS (drugstore) and buy this eyebrow stencil and eyebrow powder to make sure I get the perfect shape. (cheap) and I buy pre-made wax for eyebrows. They're made into the shape of your eyebrows to help alot. Then i stencil then wax, then use tweezers to get the little hairs left behind or just to make them a little thinner. It takes about 2 months for my eyebrows to grow even 75% out. After you do this for a while your eyebrows will grow out alot less. Take your time when doing eyebrows. All the stuff can be found in the same area at any drug store.

you are not going to find a hair remover in the drug store that stops hair growth. The only remover that is more or less permanent is laser treatment.

That being said. Sally Hansen has a 'wax' treatment that pulls out the hair... you heat it in the microwave, apply with a wooden stick and then pull off with your fingers... Works quite well.. but there is nothing you can buy OTC that will reduce the amount of hair.

a great one are those little electric things.

but also what really helps a lot is getting an eyebrow brush and brushing all the hair upwards... then going along the top of your brow line and trimming the hair.... this makes you eyebrows a lot less unmanageable... after that you can just quickly pluck the strays!!

Oh!! you don't want it to come back?? ... okay try electrolysis at your beauty salon... expensive but works.

Go to a salon and get the waxed/shaped, then just keep up with the tweezing. They grow back slower because it totally rips the hair out of the follicle, and its easy to keep up with if you do it every couple of days. Then, go back to get them waxed and shaped about once a month. It's pretty cheap, depending on where you go.

Do you mean to groom, or completely remove? To groom, go to a salon and get it tweezed, then every week just tweeze the few stay hairs that grow back. Or get them waxed/threaded.

I use nair and apply it with a q-tip. Just be very careful to put it only where you want the hair gone!
