Is it Teaspoon or Tablespoon?

There are many ways to abbreviate Tablespoon and teaspoon, but since it's one letter then usually
a capital T = Tablespoon
and a lower case t = teaspoon

Also, look at the recipe and does it make sense? Because 1 Tablespoon of salt is a very big difference from 1 teaspoon of salt.

normally it's Tbsp = tablespoon and tsp = teaspoon. since it's a capital T, i'd have to go with tablespoon.

Usually when dealing with tablespoons it's abbreviated as Tbsp and teaspoon is Tsp. What is the "T" measuring?
