Stop eating cr@p and exercise more. It is effective and doesn't cost anything, an apple costs less than a chocolate bar, and walking is great exercise. Shakes and pills tend not to work, you have to cut out all the calorie laden food you eat and do some work. Go for a run each night and walk to places that you would usually drive or get the bus to. Don't starve yourself either, as this wont work and you'll only end up binging later on. Eat three sensible meals a day (NEVER skip breakfast) and have healthy snacks like fruit and seeds. Try not deny yourself too much either, if you really want a treat, have one, but make up for it by doing a little more exercise. A healthy attitude towards food and exercise is way more important and effective than any diet or pills. It will help you lose weight and keep it off and you'll also be fitter and healthier.

Cheap way to lose weight? Diets never work for long anyway. Find a friend and start to exercise together; walk, ride bikes, whatever. Having a 'workout buddy' is a great way to keep each other motivated. Anything is better than nothing.
Or if you can't/don't want to find a friend, maybe you should buy some of your required reading books *unabridged* on book-tape online and do your 'reading' while you exercise!

Eat less, exercise more is an easy answer and will work. But ways to eat less are: fill up on fresh, crunchy veggies; use a smaller plate; try cutting portions a little and then a little more; drink water; eliminate soda pop; eat fresh rather than prepared food when possible. Ways to exercise more: walk around rather than sit when talking on the phone; walk in place when watching TV. Good luck and don't put too much emphasis on your weight - what you are inside is more important!!

Simple maths and biology: Use more calories than you consume, with a little bit of planning and preparation its easy and cheap, no need for shakes, no need for workout videos (which seldom work anyway) and certainly no need for pills.
Everyone is diffrent the typical moderatly active female needs around 2000 "maintenance" calories per day consistantly to remain at a stable weight, consume more than this and you will put weight on, consume less and you will gradually lose weight, or just increase your physical activity levels.
If you don't have time to exercise, then just work it into your daily routine, and no carbs after 6pm, no "simple" carbs..ever.

Well i just recently lost 30 pounds, and i am still loosing. I am a college student so i know all about needing a cheap way to loose weight. all i did was start to really proportion myself. i also dont eat so many mid-day snacks. and im not gonna lie i dont really work out. If i get a chance ill go take a walk or go jogging, however i hate exercise so i just dont tend to do it! :) just really try to proportion, meaning no seconds!! ha. also insted of eating things like white rice i get brown rice. I eat more veggies now also. If you and your girls wanna go to McD's dont say no just cuz your on diet, just be careful what you get. I know that when i go i eat a double cheese burger and apples insted of the fries. The catch is i take the burgers and de-greese them by smooshing them between napkins, i only eat one side of the bun stuff like that. hope that helped you a lil bit and Good Luck hun!!

exercise...walk, walk, walk. At least 20-30 4-5 days a week. Eat less portions...if you REALLY want to do it you can. You have to be mentally ready and willing.
Knocking out ALL sugar and have pasta only once a week - smaller portion of it. NO potatos for a month.
You can lose about 10-15 pounds in a month.

stop eating junk food, eat healthy items with low calories/fat, and exercise. Run, do sit-ups, bike, jog, anything really.
BTW- there's no "quick fix" to a weight problem- most of the "miracle- loose 30 pounds in a month" pills/shakes are very unhealthy. It might take a few months for you to loose your desired weight.

Drink a ton of water 10 to 12 glasses a day and do a lot of rigorous exercise that makes you sweat a lot. Watch what you eat, i.e no junk, salads only, but watch the cheese and dressings.

Consult your doctor for dietary and exercise advice.
It is a simple equation of calories in against calories used.
Less food and drink in and more physical activity.
Healthy eating and exercise. A lifestyle choice.

drink lots of water helps you feel fuller faster. of course you will PEE more., but water will flush out your system. NATURALLY. what is better than natural???
other things i suggest (i speak by experience, by the way.....) GREEN TEA, other natural teas which may help with appetite suppression. like hoodia tea... healther than PILLS., and focus on eating more protiens as opposed to carbs. eat GOOD carbs; instead of white bread, eat WHEAT. instead of frosted flakes eat BRAN cereal. stuff like that. green vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, etc, as opposed to carrots, corn.) = good luck. ps remmber to take some vitamins, so you dont become defficient in other areas.
