I have breakfast lunch and dinner normal home meals, no snacks except fruit. I do Basketball on friday nights really intense training, mostly running. What other exercises should i do?

Maybe you shouldn't have snacks either?

Cardio exercises are best for losing weight, basically anything that makes you sweat and breathe hard. Jogging, swimming, roller blading, etc.

Sounds like your diet is good just make sure you are aware of the types of foods to really moderate. Especially fast food and fried foods that should almost never be eaten.

any cardio
eating 3 big meals a day is actually slowing down your metabolism - eat 5-6 small meals a day so your body get enough energy when it needs it and doesnt store anything in fat reserves

do some crunches but dont overdo it
