I got a ticket for having headphones on while driving in California, anybody know if I'm going to have to put my wallet on a diet?

you shouldnt have headphones on when you drive ever! and turn the radio down too you need to hear people screaming curse words at you and honking! its part of the driving experience..

Yeah, you may have to put your wallet on a diet. In California it is illegal to drive with headphones on.

That's kinda crazy considering all the women that put on lipstick and makeup while driving. What about the people that eat while driving can you get a ticket for that also? I would like to know what the consequence for that is also.

It should say on your ticket what the cost of the ticket is....
Everyone should realize it's illegal to drive with headphones on! That is a no brainer!

Yep. Had a buddy that did that back in '57 and it wasn't cheap even back then.

shouldn't be more than around $100, but CA is very stupid when it comes to auto laws..
