well i need a license to drive a forklift and i already know how to drive and everything ! i've heard there some agencies that you only have to take a picture and they'll give you the license the same day ! does anyone know about it ? ? thanks much ! ! ! !

Forklifts are NOT registered for regular road use, and the DMV doesn't regulate who can drive one.

You'll have to ask the person who wants you to drive the forklift how to go about getting the license.

As Oklatom said, this is a company license, unless you take a course from a licensed training firm. I have taken 1 hour, 4 hour and 8 hour instructional classes. Just depends on who you work for. When you can pick up a quarter from the floor with a fork, you are pretty good.

A "forklift license" is something an employer gives you after you have taken the safety class, not something the DMV issues. Ask your employer about the classes.
