Each drink on average raises your BAC .02-.03 A drink is about 12oz of beer, 5oz of wine or one shot of 80-100 proof liquor.
The average person burns off one oz per hour, that's one drink roughly.

Medications, metabolism, gender, weight, health problems, body fat percentage, food in your system, how often you drink all play into it.

***However, you can be impaired before reaching the legal limit of .08 and if you don't pass a field sobriety test, even if you are under the limit, you will get a DUI. In fact even if you are under the influence of a prescription drug that makes you impaired you can get a DUI***

Don't drink and drive at all.

And if you are 21 don't drink at all, you can lose your driver's license even if you are not near a car at all which is ridiculous, but true.

From research by TABC (Texas alcohol beverage commision) it all depends on your weight. If you are on the smaller side say 100-120lbs, 2 drinks will put you over the limit per hour. Most people sit at about 2 drinks an hour and if you keep drinking 2 an hour it will stay the same. That is on a beer, a mix drink/shot with a 1 oz pour or 1 glass of wine.

There is no blood alcohol calculator that is 100% accurate because of the number of factors that come into play regarding the consumption and reduction (burn off) rates of different people. Factors include the sex (male/female) of the drinker, differing metabolism rates, various health issues and the combination of medications that might be taken, drinking frequency, amount of food in the stomach and small intestine and when it was eaten, elapsed time, and others. The best that can be done is a rough estimation of the BAC level based on known inputs.

Keep it safe, make the decision that if you drink anything, you won't drive. PERIOD.

If you want more specifics, try the DMV or Higway Patrol CHP websites. Be safe, not sorry.

I have always heard that any more than 1 drink per hour would put you over the legal limit. If you are a bigger guy that could be a little more.
When in doubt take a taxi!!!

It all depends on your weight and how your body digests alcohol...for me, supposedly, it's about 2 beers in an hour.

You seem like a little girl. If you average 2 drinks an hour, you will reach that level in just over 2 hours. If you are bigger, more time and more drinks.

At least 4 mixed drinks in 1 hour would be my guess. Ask the cop who pulls you over tonight.
