If you repeat the same answer in every question against the guidlines?

For instance one person says this in everyone of his answers

"Catholics are not saved and are not Christians. Catholics believe a false gospel of works that leads to eternal hell (Galatians 1).

Bible teachers that said the Vatican and the catholic cult are an antichrist: John Bunyan, John Huss, John Wycliffe, John Calvin, William Tyndale, John Knox, Thomas Bacon, John Wesley, Charles Spurgeon, Samuel Cooper, John Cotton, and Jonathan Edwards."

I thought that was against the guidlines, is it?

Yes, that is. Not only that Chris or CJ or whoever puts that as an answer in questions which have nothing to do with the subject of works. At least my answers aren't repetitive rants... yet I get a at least 5 violations per day. Here's a star.

So ...like don't believe the A. after all U are Asking the Q. I Presume looking for an A. U can Trust & Believe??? Remember that niether U asking the Q. or the person giving the A. have to be here. It's Voluntary & Free, so U get what U pay for, yes??? I say in different words the same basic thing as I Know it to be the Truth for Me having been a catholic. I see many Posts here the other way round & assign they the value I believe they deserve, I suggest U learn to do the same, as we are all Different, use Ur own system of Study & establish Ur own Norms & Stansards. Probably, but I wouldn't report the answer because when someone does something like that it shows their shallowness and lack of anything substantial to say. I find it adds merit to the question of the very person they are attempting to attack.

That sort of thing is certainly allowed in politics.
