I used to be a liberal. And Environ-Mental to be exact. I sneered at everyone who drove the wrong car, had the wrong-sized family, bought products housed in the wrong packaging... I even picked fights with people who ran water unnecessarily in my gym. I was miserable, and hated everyone who didn't conform to my narrow minded way of thinking. When I grew up in my mid-20's and became more Conservative/Libertarian, it was liberating.
