My wife wants to make them out of dora or wonder pet material but we cant find anything accept comforter sets.Got any Ideas

Use the sheets from the comforter sets to make curtains.. Also check out Nickshop.com... They have Dora curtains there.. Pink w/ Dora on them.. They also have bed sets, wall paper border etc.. I would maybe forgo the DORA curtains who knows how long she'll be the "IT THING" maybe use Dora like elements.. Things that are easy to change as your toddler gets older.. Or use Dora inspired colors... Purple curtains w/ orange accents.. Something like that...

Fabric stores. Find the fabric you want and a curtain pattern. You might not even need a pattern for it. simple curtains are real easy to make.
