if you are making the same type of sandwich and are making a bunch of them go ahead and use the same- but if the ingredients changes I was taught to change the gloves as some people may be allergic or cannot have what you just used on the sandwich before and you may have traces on your gloves. A lot of people do not in restaurants but they should

If that's all the ingredients are laid out before you and all you're doing is making sandwiches, then use the same glove.

If you end up doing something else between sandwiches, then change gloves.

Use your judgement... for example, if you ran out of wrapping paper and you reach over to grab another stack from a clean area, then don't worry about changing gloves. If you reach over and have to move a mop, handle money or something that can "contaminate" your hand, then use another glove.

Thats a tough question. My fiance is a manager at Subway and they can do 70 sandwiches in an hour. Thats 70 pairs of gloves times however many people made the sandwich (one guy for bread, one guy for meat, one guy for veggies).

However, when I go to get a sandwich I make them change there gloves because I am deathly allergic to bell peppers and banana peppers. if even a little juice got on my sandwich I would have to go to the hospital.

It is safe to do so if making sandwich's are the only you are doing. Although if you are working with raw meats throw out the undesirable rubber gloves after use.

As long as you are only handling sandwiches there is no need to change gloves. If you sneeze, touch your face, mouth, etc. with the gloves on you should replace with a new set of gloves.

As long as they dont touch their face or hair they can use the same pair unless handling something like fish or whatever or if they get dirty...

As for Dont tazes opinion, thats really rude that you refer to ppl working in sandwich shops as morons, they can smell ppl like you from a mile away, they are not your personal servants preparing your meal, and they tend to give you crappier service because you have no respect for them and think you are so above them. Try treating ppl with dignity, youd be amazed at how good of job they will do for you then.

That depends, do you work at like Subway or somewhere like that? If so you should after each sandwich, someone after the last person in line may be allergic to rye bread and the last person had it....so yes you should

Why would you eat a sandwich with gloves on?

i dont understand..are you working on an assembly line producing hamburgers (Welcome to Good Burger, Home of the Good Burger, Can I take your OrDer? comes to mind. Actually I think it was their competitor Mondo Burger that had the back room burger assembly line.)

I think if you're working in an assembly line type of thing, gloves should be replaced after you leave the line for whatever reason (to use the bathroom, blow your nose, pick your butt, smoke a cigarette, etc) Always put new gloves on when you get back on the line.

Well thanks, for letting me ramble on about nothing. and I got 2 points woot.
