honestly, it doesn't sound like you joined for the right reason in the first place, and the fact that you'd leave to impress a girl highlights that fact. "looking cool" spinning a rifle is not what the military is about.
Moment of life skills counseling: If you're going to determine the future of your life based on whether or not you can shack up with some girl at any point, then you're going to need a lot of luck to get by in life. And you're determining how to spend your life and making big decisions on a girl you haven't seen in 2 years... if you LIKE her personality, how do you know she hasn't changed? if you just want her physically, how do you know she hasn't put on 35 pounds? You've body built to look like a tough man... now act the part and make decisions for yourself.

If you're on an ego trip with your work out, then quit the Air Force ROTC. They don't need people like you. They don't make hats big enough for a head like yours.
Hey, champ! Some women are turned off by big muscles. Ever think of that?

Quit.
If your priority in life is working out to impress a girl (as if it's even guaranteed any girl would swoon over the meaty muscled look), you'd make a poor Officer in the Air Force.
I'd be damned if I had to depend on someone like you to make decisions in combat, I'd rather stage a mutiny. The military isn't for you - quit, work out, try to impress that girl who wasn't impressed with you in high school and have a good life.

Frankly for me as a girl your job is more impressive than physical appearance. Generally speaking most of girls don’t care about six-pack or whatever…
Anyway good luck with your girl

You can go a lot further in the Air Force than you will with this girl. If she is interested in you for your biceps then she's pretty shallow. Besides, she may not be interested in you or she may be spoken for.

Yes, you should quit AFROTC because you're not committed to it. As for the workout addiction, that's an entirely separate issue. I use the word addiction because it seems clear that it has taken over everything in your life. That's unhealthy, and you should seek help.
