I can relate. You can buy athlete's foot cream from Wal-Mart, I use the wal-mart brand, if it's very bad, put it on in am, noon, and before bed, and make sure you are wearing thicker socks to absorb the sweat from your feet. Once it gets under control, keep applying cream or spray for 2 weeks afterward to completely kill the virus

it sounds like atheletes foot... some antifungal cream will help a lot. You can usually buy it over the counter. There is also foot powders that help ease the itching... go to the store, stat!

anti flammatory tablets or you might have athletes foot then you have to get some athletes foot cream, if it isnt athletes foot it could be chilblains if that is the case stop scratching them keep them warm but dont put a hot water bottle on them.

I suffer from it once in a while and I always get relief with "Tinactin" foot spray. You have Tenia Pedis or "atheltes feet".
