Spider-Phil 2099 is correct....they have no/very little say-so...BUT........
I did this for "my" car in NASCAR 2003 the game.........
White car, with green along the bottom. On the hood is Pioneer Seeds, with the big green Pioneer seeds logo. Associate sponsors are Timpte Trailers, Kenworth Trucks, and the Assumption Co-Op. My team name was Team Grain (as opposed to Team Green...of the now Team Andretti-Green). My former employer, J&C Trucking also had a spot on the car.

If I were a Nascar driver I would have very little to no influence on the sponsor or the logos placed on the car. Those are decisions made by the team owner and the team administration.

Lund Boats. Shimano Reels and St Croix Rods would be associate sponsors. Also, anyone else that paid money to be on the car, I'm easy that way.

I don't think the drivers have that much power in decisions like that. But it's an awesome question, so I'll pretend they do. I'd have a hard time deciding between Oakley and Craftsman.
