Chicken and dumplings. Duck (Arkansas is the duck hunting capital), but don't make it Asian style and ruin it. Barbecue (unfortunately).....and in Arkansas they only bbq pork.
BTW, chicken n dumpings does NOT have pasta noodles in it as many restaurants seem to think.

Like fried catfish, bbq pork, chicken fried steak, collard greens, duck gumbo, Bradley tomatoes sliced and served as a side dish. fried chicken, anything with game duck, deer.
I'm getting hungry.
