If your old enough going to a strip club has allways been a good thing to do when your trying to forget about someone.

I'm assuming you're a guy. Now let's say your (ex) gf is 20 and you're 22.

So imagine she's 20 years older, i.e. 40. Would you still feel the same? Of course not.

You weren't in love with her, just with her ability to breed with you in the most suitable way.

There are lots of other females out there who will be good potential breeding partners. So there's no reason to feel bad.

There is no remedy for a broken heart, but keeping busy will help you keep your mind off of it. Focus on spending time with your friends and family, work, or a hobby of yours.

Sorry but it just takes Time. There is no magic speedy healing process. Busy yourself with other things to help keep you from dwelling on it.

i know how it feels ive had my heart broken before and there isnt anyway to heal it faster you just have to wait and let time do its thing

just stay busy with positive things....helping people in need makes a person feel better and reliable...there are so many people out there who need u.
