My husband will be home next week after doing a 15 month deployment to Iraq....I was wondering what should I wear to the homecoming ceremony? Should I get dressed up or just make a welcome home tshirt and wear that....what did you wear when your husband came home?

wear comfy but nice. if you are talking the big command wide' hey their back, yay" ceremony, a ti-shirt is too casual. if you are talking "the plane is finally landing on the tarmac" a t shirt is fine.

I leave out the quasi-public sabbats I attended many lengthy years in the past in California. And I might love to be invited to Diwali or another Hindu competition, up to some thing considering that I have Internet peers in India who've despatched me beautiful portraits and I'd love to be there with them. It might be exciting to look a Native American ritual, too, despite the fact that I'm no longer definite I even understand any names. I might additionally experience seeing a Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah, considering the fact that such a lot of of my peers are Jewish. And a particularly lavish marriage ceremony in any tradition is a excellent occasion. Now that I suppose of it, I'd like to look some thing that did not require I take part.

I wore a skirt and a top that I knew he would really like. It wasn't revealing or anything, but it was really cute. I did my hair and make up the way that I knew he liked it best! Trust me, after a 15 month deployment--you aren't going to be wearing it very long!!! LOL!

Hey girl, congrats on him coming home! Go to cafepress.com and get a homecoming shirt(they have tons for soldiers comming home, and they have great prices) Then spend a lil bit at Victoria Secrets, I think that should do the trick!

congratulations on your husbands return glad he's coming home safe. i doubt he'll care too much after 15 months he'll be happy to see you. my husband also asked for a low cut shirt lol but whatever you decide i'm sure it won't stay on very long. i wore casual clothes and did my hair and makeup and he never noticed.

just dress casual, like you would normally. thats how he is used to seeing you. honestly...he isnt going to care he just wants to see you. thats what is important. i have seen women dress up to an extreme and their hubbies dont even notice then the wife feels bad for putting all the effort into it. just focus on making him comfortable back at home. you should be proud of him.........thank you!!!
