i met on the drivers who drove the car with the Tide logo on it three years ago. he came to my store for a promotion.
i don't remember the driver, but it was a sweet car.

At this moment in time no one drives a tide sponsored Car.
the last time it was used was 2006 when it sponsored the 32car drivin by travis kavpil, but since then that team has closed.

I think the Tide Ride had a curse. Last 3 drivers: Ricky Craven, Bobby Hamilton Jr, and Travis Kvapil - all talented and skilled drivers - have not raced at the cup level since they got fired from the Tide Ride. Although Travis has a ride at Yates Racing next season.
Actually I don't believe in curses, but it is funny that the last 3 drivers can't land a job in the Nextel Cup.

The last driver to have Tide as a sponser was Travis Kvapil n 2006 who made 31 starts with the Tide car.

I don't remember a tide sponsor since 2006, it was big in the 90's, my friend said she thought that travis k. (can't spell his last name) drove a tide car..its been a while thats for sure.
