You could try an electric fence, or keep your cat inside so it doesn't get harassed. You could talk to your neighbors and explain in a nice way what the problem is and ask them what they suggest you do.
P.S. Use spell check.

If you are all letting your cats roam free, then there is not much you can do. You can let the owners know that their cats are coming into your yard...but if your cats are also allowed to roam...they may be going into your neighbors yard. Keeping your cats indoors would help if you are afaid these cats are going to fight with yours. You can continue to discourage them by spraying them with water, but unless the owners will keep them as indoor cats they will probably still come into your yard when you are not there.

Pit Bull??

First. Let the neighbor know that it is an issue. If the problem continues, report them to Animal Control.

But be sure that once you start into this that your cat does not get into their yard. Or you can expect the same in return...

are they hurting anythin in the yard? Id just leave them be, I got my ear ripped apart when I was young because I tried to corner and pet a neighbor's outdoor cat.. he jumped and swiped at me and ripped my ear to the point where I needed plenty of stitches and plastic surgery to fix it... Id leave those neighbor's cats alone, they just like to wander thru the yard and look for mice and things.. let them be!

talk to the owner. He or she may not even know it is a problem.

Other than them passing through, what harm are they doing?
