Unless you can get hooked up with an NA in a private practice, this could get tricky. HIPPA would prevent you from doing a lot involving patients, but in a small office setting, they may be able to obtain patient consent to have you observe.

You should contact your local hospital. They will put you in contact with their anesthesia department. This is a very common thing to do, and it looks good when you're trying to get into CRNA school. Just contact the hospital and everything should fall into place.
