Why did God have to make everything that is bad for us so pleasurable? I mean what was the point? to torture people for what reason? Why cant cheesecake. ice cream, booze and sex be great for your health and egg white omelets and lettuce bad for you? What kind of person would do this to people?
I am not religious but I believe in God and I know I should not be questioning him/ her but WTF? It just pisses me off...

God made everything. So I am holding him responsible for the cheesecake. When something good happens (like winning lotto) we say thank God, but when cheesecake and vodka happens we say "God did not make it" Give me a break.

Oh and screw moderation. Thats the whole point ....Why,? why cant we have endless amounts of sex and cheesecake.....
I know why, because we would be fat with an STD but you know what I mean..I am done ranting now.

All of those things are good for you. Do they give pleasure? Then they are good (in moderation of course)! Life is too short to be spent eating only egg white omelents and salad with no dressing. Live a little and discard the guilt and fear :)
edit: ok "screw moderation" then LOL.. have as much of all of it as you want. My original advice still stands: discard the guilt and fear.

Well, the easy answer would be to disregard the God theory. If you think about it through an evolutionary view, all that "bad" fatty food tastes good, because it has a lot of energy, hence you can eat a little of it and live a long time. So, we learn to like things high in fat.

Cheesecake and ice cream in and of themselves are not bad for you unless you have a dairy allergy. Over-eating cheesecake and ice cream is bad for you. That's basically the sin of over-indulgence/greed/selfishness.
Alcohol is not bad for you in small quantities. An occasional glass of red wine is even good for most people with heart ailments. It's drunkenness and drunk driving that is bad for you (and other people). Again, the sin here is over-indulgence/greed/selfishness.
Sex is not bad for you when it is within a monogamous, committed relationship. Sex is even the source of life (conception of a child) and enables us to be a marvelous reflection of God the Creator (proCREATION). It's only bad for you in illicit situations, where the sin is, again, over-indulgence/greed/selfishness. For people who remain virgins until marriage, marry virgins and remain utterly faithful within marriage, sex is not only healthy but joyous, unifying, and life-giving.
All this to say, the real issue is not that God is making it hard on us -- it's that we get greedy and make it hard on ourselves.

Sex (done safely) is good for your health.
You can have all of those things. Moderation is the key.
I don't think God actually made cheesecake, ice cream, or beer.
