including in my groin, armpit, side of my neck and back of my head. I've had some for a while, few months, but groin, head and armpit ones are new, couple of weeks. Any ideas? Should I see a doc?

All of these locations are where lymph nodes occur. If you have recently had a cold, flu, or other infection, its normal for these nodes to swell for a week or two. If there is no apparent cause, or if you are feeling fatigued with no other symptoms, then it would be a good idea to visit the doc.

Yes, should pop in and see your GP as soon as possible. Enlarged glands indicate the body is fighting infection and the like. S/he will be able to clarify precisely what is going on.

Without doubt if you have had what is called generalised lyphadenopathy, which means all your glands up, for more than a couple of weeks you should see your GP for investigation.

It is probably glandular fever, but could also be indicative of Lymphoma, or Hodgkinsons Disease.or something similar.
Definitely see a doctor - you should have been checked out a few months back.

i would go and see a doc but i have the same problem mine is caused by dermatitis. when the dermatitis flares up so does my glands. the doc has told me that it is telling me that my glands are doing their job by getting rid of what might turn in to infected dermatitis
