Find an activity that gets you exercising and moving for 30 mins 3 times a week and eat healthy like veggies, lean meats and whole grains. This si a hard time of year to put a goal like that in place but if you stick with it, you can make it. Durning holidays make your unhealthy portions small so you can still hang out and be with everyone not trying to lose weight. I do that I still maintain my weight loss and have fun.

Try to eat lots of healthy veggies, some fruit, healthy lean cuts of meat and fish, cheeses in moderation, if you eat any carbs make sure it is a small amount and it is a healthy carb. Whole grains, spelt grains, brown rice but no white processed carbs or sugars.

i dropped 18 lbs by not drinking!! i used to drink beer and rum and cokes and when i stopped the weight just melted off. i do yoga about 2x a week too, nothing crazy though. also cut out soda and drink water. its that easy!!
