Have someone take a group picture of the scouts. Put a large white matting around the picture, and have all the scouts write a small thank you note on the matting, and frame it. It is personal and any leader would enjoy it!

Why don't you do a community service project and donate something in their name? (since that's what scouts are about anyway)

For my son's soccer coach the other moms and I pitched in $5 each and got him a Starbucks giftcard because he really loves coffee.

something small, handy, & useful.
My mom received a small swiss army knife with all kinds of gadgets on it, with her name engraved on it when she was a cub scout leader. she still uses it today!
